the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
the room lighting was too dim, even with the curtains open, i found it hard to see. the outer blanket felt scratchy against my skin, it was quite unpleasant. i was also disappointed by the small, flat, square pillows they offered little support.

The hotel location was great. I enjoyed the proximity to many excellent restaurants and charming coffee shops. The room featured a record player and a guitar, and that charmed me! Shower water pressure was awesome.
The staff were a little standoffish on the first night. They did not deliver pajamas when I called. I found that disappointing.

the lobby has a very cool design. the staff felt attentive. it made it easier to ask for assistance. i adored the little shop with unique finds within the hotel. i bought gifts there. the room provided ultimate relaxation. the bed was very soft. the record player was a fun touch, great to enjoy music. a large bathroom felt indulgent. the hotel location let me get everywhere i needed to go. the subway entrance was directly beneath the hotel. bicycle rentals allowed easy exploration. many local shops provided ample opportunities to see the town. the breakfast included many options. i found mr maurice's to be very convenient. they offered japanese and western choices. i chose to sit outside and enjoyed the fresh air. each morning i seemed like i was in a film.
the room was somewhat dark, which may not suit everyone.
